Cannabis Infused Blondie Brownie
A delicious weed infused blondie style brownie recipe that will excite your taste buds. Quick and easy to make at home and can knock your socks off!
Ingredients
- 227 grams Unsalted Cannabis Infused Butter, Melted (1 cup)
- 500 grams Light Brown Sugar (2 cups)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 280 grams All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 227 grams White Chocolate Chips (optional) (1 cup)
- 227 grams Chopped Macadamia Nuts (optional) (1 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan. We are using a 9x9 inch square baking pan for this recipe.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- If using, fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts and mix until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Remove the blondies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cool, cut the cannabis infused blondies into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Blondies are an amazing alternative to a typical brownie and you can make them even more exciting by adding in other ingredients such as coconut flakes, dried cranberries, raisins, or pretty much anything you like! Why not experiment with some additional ingredients?
