How To Make Weed Brownies
Cannabis Infused Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Cannabutter (melted)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and grease your baking pan using butter or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the sugar and melted cannabutter then whisk until combined. Add the vanilla extract and eggs then whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt then whisk until mixed.
- Gradually mix the dry mixture into the wet mixture and keep mixing until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir them in.
- Pour the batter into your greased baking pan then spread it evenly.
- Bake the weed brownies for 20-25 minutes. You'll know they are done when you insert a toothpick into the center and it comes out with only a few moist brownie crumbs attached.
- Remove from oven and allow the cannabis infused brownies to cool down in the pan for 10 minutes before you slice and serve.

How To make Weed brownies with coconut oil instead of cannabutter?
Instead of using cannabutter in this recipe, you can switch it with infused coconut oil. Simply replace the cannabutter in the recipe with the same quantity of weed coconut oil. The resulting brownie tastes slightly different than if you had used butter, but it’s still delicious! It is not recommended you use infused MCT oil for cooking as it can cause stomach upset in some people.
