- 1/2 cup cannabis infused coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3 oz packet of flavored gelatin (the standard sized Jell-o boxes)
- 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 tsp soy or sunflower lecithin
Instructions
- On a low heat, add the water, cannabis-infused coconut oil, and the lecithin into a pot and stir until the oil has completely melted.
- Add in the flavored and unflavored gelatin while stirring constantly.
- Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes until the gelatin has dissolved. Keep whisking the mixture and ensure it does not boil.
